This 2-hour fusion class is designed to make you sweat, get your heart beating, use all those proteins to build muscle and help you relax after a long day of football and food.
The workout will be 4 styles of exercise, each lasting 30 minutes. Start with a warm-up and some light cardio. Then you will build into some weights and resistance training work. Next kick it up into a high energy, total body workout with functional training and cardio burst and finish off with some of your favorite stretches and yoga.
